Ann:
With over three decades of dedication, I’ve had the pleasure of watching our office grow into the
tech-savvy, patient-first practice it is today. From our cutting-edge treatments to our incredible
team, we are always striving to deliver a five-star experience. I’m here to help with all things
scheduling, finances, and insurance questions—basically, if you need it, I’ve got you covered!
One of the best parts of my day is working with my amazing co-workers. Each person brings
their unique flair, and together, we create the warm, friendly atmosphere our patients know and
love. I’ve been a proud part of this team since October 1992, and it’s been an exciting ride
seeing how both our office and the dental world have evolved!
Outside of work, I’m a proud mom to my daughter Madison, a baseball enthusiast, and I’m
always on the hunt for antique treasures or planning my next travel adventure!
Jenna:
I am a Registered Dental Hygienist, graduating from Baker College in Michigan in 2014, where
my passion for dental hygiene blossomed! It’s a full-circle moment for me because Dr. Milne
was my very first dentist as a young girl! Over the past 10 years, I’ve had the pleasure of
working with many familiar faces, and I’m proud to be the senior hygienist on our amazing team.
I’m always eager to stay updated with new dental innovations and engage in continuing
education to keep abreast of the latest developments, ensuring that I provide our patients with
the best care possible!
When it comes to helping our patients, I strive to make every visit a positive experience! I focus
on educating them about their oral health, explaining treatments in a way that’s easy to
understand, and providing tips for maintaining a bright, healthy smile at home. My goal is to
empower each patient, making them feel comfortable and confident during their visits.
Outside the office, I am kept on my toes by my three busy boys, Ryan, Trent, and Austin. When
not juggling work and family, you can find me at the arena, baseball diamond, or golf course,
soaking up all the fun and chaos!
Terri:
First things first: I work with, hands down, the best dentist in Sarnia! With over 30 years of
experience in the dental realm, I graduated from St. Clair College in Windsor in 1991 as a
Certified Dental Assistant. I kicked off my career as a full-time receptionist while jumping in to
assist chairside when needed—talk about multitasking! Shortly after, I took things up a notch by
completing the Level 2 Assistant Certification program at the University of Western Ontario.
Keeping the vibe lively is my specialty! When I’m not seeing patients, you can find me jazzing
up our office with creative advertising, fun marketing initiatives, and photography that captures
our team's spirit. I love decorating our space to make it warm and welcoming, because who
doesn't want to walk into a cheerful environment? Our team has enjoyed a treasure trove of
continuing education experiences that keep us sharp and excited about what we do. I genuinely
believe our office is all about striving for excellence daily, and my colleagues feel like an
extended family!
Outside of the office, I’m all about sports, travel, and indulging in a great glass of wine! Whether
I'm cheering for my favorite team, jet-setting to new adventures, or hosting a fabulous gathering
with friends, I’m always up for some fun and good times!
